Action gets underway on Saturday 1st Dec in Salthill, Moycullen & Claregalway HC.
There is a huge weekend of handball in store with 70 matches to be played across the weekend.
Gavin Coyle returns to defend his A crown, but faces stiff competition in lasts years runner up Ian McLoughlin. Galway is well represented with Peter Donohue and Seamus Conneely also in the hunt.
Mens B promises to be a competitive one with the likes of Ciaran Burke, Conor Noone & Paul Hedderman all in contention.
The ever popular Mens C promise plenty of action, with the John Hurley and Clare's Shane Hayes looking for top honours, while in the Mens Doubles,last years beaten finalists John Kennedy and Brian O'Brien are back and looking to cross the finish line in pole position.
