One week after the launch of our new Coaching Video Series, as promised, we have released the next Section of Videos to the public, "Section 3 - THE SHOTS".
We are starting to get a bit more game specific with this section, as we go through a step by step guide of 6 Shot Types in Handball:
- Kill
- Pass
- Fly
- Back Wall
- Ceiling
- 3-Wall
This comprises a total of 10 minutes footage......surely we can all spare ten minutes to improve our Handball? Of course we can, so check them out below!
