Diarmaid Nash and Martina McMahon were the big winners after their thrilling tiebreak victories at the 2022 Mick Kerr Memorial, hosted excellently by the Breacach HC, Tyrone.
In the second ranking event of the Irish 4-Wall season, reigning All-Ireland Senior champion Nash got his first win of the season, following his second placing at the Golden Gloves in November. Martina also got her first win of the season, reversing her Golden Gloves Final loss to Catriona Casey.
Next up for the men is the first Southern Classic in Cork, and for the Ladies it is the She's Ace Festival Weekend, also hosted by Cork on the same weekend, January 21st & 22nd.
