Millmount Handball Club coaches were invited to perform a Handball coaching day in Duleek primary school as part of their schools active week. Over seven hundred students took part on a day of fun and games based on the GAA 'Fundamental Handball' skills. All the juveniles performed brilliantly throughout their tasks and really enjoyed the the experience of playing handball. The coaches were amazed at the standard. As each student equally achieved all the tasks required from the coaches. The interest and feedback from the teachers was really encouraging. The school will now provide a space in the school yard and gym to encourage the students to play handball on a weekly basis. Millmount Handball club coaches would like to take this opportunity to thank all students and teachers for their valuable input ,and also the school principal Aidan Raferty for really enjoyable memorable day.
