Areas of responsibility as RDO (geographically):

Dublin, Kildare, Offaly, Westmeath, Meath, Louth, Longford, Armagh, Down & Antrim.

What attracted you to the role?

Well I only have a few years left in me to compete at the highest stage so when it’s all said and done, I’ll always want to be involved with the sport and help grow it as best I can which I think is very possible with the people we have in now, we are all working towards the same goal and just want to see the sport excel and reach its full potential.

What are your hopes for the future for the sport in the short and long term?

I just feel handball is such a cool sport, can be showed to the masses and numbers can be really pushed up, it’s too good a game to not be a part of pop culture so I hope to help get handball on the map and have it’s own strong identity and a force to reckoned with, all within the next 2-5 years!
Exciting times ahead!
