The lack of Handball activity may be frustrating to those in the Handball community, but it is the perfect time to practice your skills at home.
National Handball Development Officer Darragh Daly has devised a 14 Day "Home Skills Challenge" to keep all our juveniles up to speed with a mixture of various drills and mini games to test and improve your performances.
