Three Last 16 matches in the 2017 O'Neill's All-Ireland Ladies 40x20 Singles Championship concluded on Saturday, with the stage now set for this coming Saturday's QF's.
Down's Lorraine Havern recorded a very impressive 21-4, 21-1 win over Laois' Niamh Dunne, and the Saval woman will have to carry this form through as she now faces reigning champ Catriona Casey of Cork.
Mayo's Pauline Gallagher came through a tiebreak battle with Aishling O'Keeffe to set up a QF with Galway's Ciana Ni Churraoin, whilst the second game of this double header did not go ahead due to a walkover being given by Lauren O'Riordan to Ashley Prendiville.
