Handball Community worldwide we hope you can join us this Thursday 16th April @ 5pm for a special Facebook Live Handball Circuits workout.
Our Special Guest Coach this week is former 3 time World Handball Champion Fiona Shannon!
No equipment is required so there can be no excuses! Regardless of your fitness level we would love for the Handball community to come together (albeit digitally) and have some fun! The session will last 30 minutes max and will be aimed specifically for Handballers.
The plan is to make this a weekly session if the interest is high.
