​C.J. (Christopher John) McCann, RIP

GAA Handball is deeply saddened to be informed of the passing of baby C.J. (Christopher John) McCann, Banada, Ballaghaderreen, Co Roscommon on October 15th.

In the arms of his proud, heartbroken parents, Joe and Niamh, C.J. passed peacefully, adored by his big sisters, Róisín and Clódagh, forever loved and missed by his grandad Christy and mamó Greta, aunts Fiona, Kathleen and Emma, uncles, Seán, Keith and Richard, cousins, John, Senan, Aoibh and Fiadh, extended family, neighbours and friends,

Pre-deceased, and to be greeted with joy in heaven, by his grandmother, Mary McCann and grandfather, John Egan.

C.J. will be removed from his home on Wednesday (Oct 18th) at 2.30pm to St. Nathy’s Cathedral, Ballaghaderreen, arriving for Mass of the Angels at 3pm, with the funeral proceeding to Kilcolman Cemetery.
