Ulster GAA Handball are hosting a two day Level 1 Coaching Course, with the first day on Saturday 23rd February in Breacadh HC, Tyrone.

The Level 1 Course covers a broad range of topics, including Serving, Shots, Tactics, Group Management, Communication, Principles of Fitness, Health & Safety, etc.
