After confirmation from Funding Bodies, GAA Handball can now confirm that the below structure will make up the 2018 Team Ireland Squad that will compete at this summers World Handball Championships in Minnesota in August.
The winner/s of the events listed in brackets will earn the right to represent Ireland in that specific grade.
- Mens Singles (All-Ireland Senior Singles)
- Ladies Singles (All-Ireland Senior Singles)
- Men's Doubles (World Doubles Trials)
- Ladies Doubles (World Doubles Trials)
- Reigning World 40x20 Senior Singles Champions (x2)
- Boys 19&U, 17&U, 15&U 40x20 Singles (Irish Junior Nationals)
- Girls 19&U, 17&U, 15&U 40x20 Singles (Irish Junior Nationals)
- Men's 1-Wall Singles (Irish 1-Wall Nationals)
- Ladies 1-Wall Singles (Irish 1-Wall Nationals)
