The latest batch of certified Foundation Level Coaches who attended last weekends course in St Mellans HC, Monaghan, delivered by National Tutor Ryan Daly.
The GAA Handball Foundation Coaching Course covers aspects including:
- Warmups
- Coaching the Strokes
- Drills & Mini Games
- Basic Tactics
- Lesson Planning
- Delivery Methods
