Charly Shanks & Martin Mulkerrins will contest next Saturday's 2018 O'Neills All-Ireland Senior Singles Final after both men prevailed in contrasting SF's last night in Kingscourt.
Reigning champ Shanks looked down and out after slumping to a 21-11 first game loss to Diarmuid Nash, but responded well to come through 21-12, 21-16 in a 2hr 40min marathon.
Mulkerrins on the other hand blitzed his opponent Brendan Fleming 21-11, 21-1 in a very dominant and powerful showing to reach his maiden final.
That showdown will take place next Saturday evening as part of a bumper weekend of handball at the three day long Singles Finals Festival in Kingscourt. The Minors, Ladies Senior & Mens Senior Finals will be an ticket affair with places limited. Tickets are now available to purchase at the below link.
