The death has occurred of Rita O'Rourke (née Curran), Ballymore Eustace, Kildare, mother of well known Handballer Tommy O'Rourke from Ballymore Eustace.
O’Rourke (Nee Curran) Rita, Broadleas, Ballymore Eustace, Co. Kildare (late of Hollywood, Co. Wicklow) 4th March 2019 surrounded by loving family, in the tender loving care of the nurses and staff in Naas Hospital. Predeceased by her late husband Tom. Loving mother of Eamonn, Kay (Kelly), Olive (Hilliard), James, Pete, Tom, Gerard, Kevin, Tony, Margaret (Doran). Sadly missed by her family, daughters-in-law, sons-in-law, grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Reposing at Craddock House Nursing Home, Craddockstown Rd, Naas, Co. Kildare (W91 D432) on Tuesday 5th March from 4pm-7pm with the removal on Tuesday evening to the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Ballymore Eustace arriving at 8pm. Funeral Mass on Wednesday 6th March at 12pm, followed by burial in St. Mary's Cemetery, Ballymore Eustace. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to Friends of Naas Hospital.
