GAA Handball regret to inform you of the death of Phil McGovern father of Serina Dempsey, Leinster GAA Handball Treasurer and Offaly County Board Secretary.
Funeral arrangements are as follows:
McGovern, Francis (Phil), late of Finglas and Cabra West - 10th April 2019 suddenly at home in the loving care of his family.
Phil, beloved husband of Florrie and loving Dad of Philip, Annette, Edel, Serina, Tracey, Richard and the late Veronica.
Deeply regretted by his loving wife, children, sisters Angela and Teresa, sons-in-law Gilles, Robert, Cyril and Liam, daughters-in-law Siobhan and Hayley, grandchildren Jessica, Michael, Aoife, Seán, Rían, Kaja, Finn, Cuán, Caitríona, Rhodán, Callum and Maitiú, great-grandchildren Luc and Sofia, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, friends and neighbours.
Reposing at his home on Saturday, April 13th, from 6.00 pm to 9.00 pm. Removal on Monday morning, April 15th, to St. Canice’s Church, Finglas arriving for 11.30 am Requiem Mass followed by Funeral to Glasnevin Cemetery.
