
Leinster Handball Council held its Convention in Dublin at Na Fianna GAA Club on Sunday, 15th January.
With a large crowd in attendance, the Convention was addressed by special guests Handball President, Willie Roche, and John Horan, Chairman Leinster GAA.
Both speakers commended the council on their work and thanked them for their contribution to handball during the year. Incoming Chairman, Tony Breen thanked his predecessor Seamus Reade for all the work during his term and also gave special mention to the outgoing Treasurer, Joe Masterson, who will assume the role of President of GAA Handball in February. A presentation was made to both Seamus and Joe by Tony Breen in recognition of their significant contribution over the years. The following were presented with awards:
