The 2017 Hardball Championships are starting to get into full swing with 50 players taking up the challenge this year across the Senior, Minor, Junior & Intermediate grades. This weekend sees the focus turn to the Senior Doubles SF's.
There was only one of the Doubles QF's that went ahead as reigning champions Dublin (Eoin Kenndy & Carl Browne) survived a tough battle with Cork (Tadgh Carroll & Daniel Relihan) 21-13, 21-19, and will now face Kerry (Dominick Lynch/John Joe Quirke) this weekend. In the bottom SF, former champs Meath (Brian Carroll/Tom Sheridan) will face Wicklow (Michael Gregan/Pat Quaile).
