A fantastic day was had yesterday by all Handballers and Golfers alike at the GAA Handball Golf Classic at the wonderful Castle Barna Golf Club, Daingean, Co. Offaly. Fifteen teams representing Clubs, Counties, Provinces and Sponsors played this midlands course on a warm summer’s day.
After everyone enjoyed their round of Golf the golfers retired to the club house and enjoyed a lovely lunch and a few drinks. Our President Mr Joe Masterson then thanked everyone for attending and supporting the event. He also thanked all our sponsors that made the day possible and finally Joe thanked all the staff at Castle Barna for such a wonderful day. Joe then announced the winners and wished everyone a safe journey home.
