This pioneering event run jointly by Ulster Ladies, Ulster Camogie and Ulster Handball offers the opportunity for sporting females across the province to engage and learn from some of the most successful female athletes and coaches in Ireland. Our speakers include:

The event will begin at 10am on Saturday 11th March at the Armagh City Hotel and will offer attendees an opportunity to attend 3 workshops of their choosing. The workshops will cover a wide range of topics from Strength and Conditioning to Player Retention and will appeal to female athletes and coaches alike. Lunch and an attendee pack including a beanie hat and a digital resource manual will be provided to each attendee on the day.
