Rules
Playing rules can only be adopted in year’s divisible by five. This covers the core playing rules.
GAA Handball Ard Comhairle can introduce a trial period for rule amendments on a three-year basis. At the end of this trial period the rule needs to be accessed by National Congress to see if it is to be permanently continued or scrapped.
