Dublin's Eoin Kennedy & Carl Browne have advanced to their 3rd straight Senior Softball Doubles Final after seeing off the challenge of Mayo's Joe McCann & Dessie Keegan in tonights SF.
The 2015 winners were really under the cosh in the opening game as Keegan's power was a real weapon, seeing the westerners lead throughout the opening stages. It wasn't until 17-16 in the first game that Dublin took the lead for the first time, and it was in part to an array of really excellent kill shots from Browne into the right corner.
The second game in truth was a blowout, with the result a formality after the opening few minutes when Dublin ran up an 11-0 lead, before eventually sealing the win 21-4.
