Thanks to Radio One Extra DJ Nick Bright & the BBC Get Inspired crew who tonight came to Belfast to shoot a TV feature on GAA Handball.
Nick was taught the rules before being put through his paces by current World Handball Champion Aisling Reilly.
The nationwide initiative from BBC Sport aims to inspire people to try new sports and activities, through films, features and guides.
The GAA Handball feature will be released in a few weeks times so stay tuned and we will release full details once they become available.
